Date of birth: 29.07.1956. Krupa on Vrbas, Bosnia and Herzegovina
He obtained his master’s degree in 1990, and defended his doctoral thesis entitled Studying the nutritional, health, technological and culinary value of fallow deer meat in 1997 at the Faculty of Technology in Novi Sad.
