Aims and Scope

Researches Review of the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management is an international bilingual scientific publication. The journal is issued under the aegis and with financial support of the University of Novi Sad, Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management. The journal has been published since 1971. The printable format is supported by the online version since 2002 with materials published with an abstract and the full version free of charge.

The journal aims to publish relevant contributions in Geography and Tourism and other areas whose analysis are related to these fields, standing out through originality and scientific enhancement to the knowledge and development of these areas. An important objective is to promote academic and applied research based on interdisciplinarity with a complex local and global approach. The content of the publication is intended for a heterogenous community made of students, teaching staff and practitioners showing interest in geography, tourism and hotel management and where the synthetic approach triggered by the connection of social and physical sciences (environmental) can contribute substantially to the understanding, promotion and development of places, regions and the territory in its whole.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

The review meets the international requirements concerning the publication norms and ethics.

We welcome cooperation with high educational establishments, heads of scientific schools and individual authors.

The Researches Review of the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management publishes blind reviewed research articles, review articles, commentaries and book reviews.
