The Institute of Hospitality is a professional body for managers who work and study hospitality (hotel management, restaurant management and gastronomy). It has been the leading network in the hospitality industry for more than 75 years. The Institute promotes the highest professional standards of management and education, and its membership includes more than 100 countries around the world.

The University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, Chair of Hotel Management and Chair of Gastronomy are new members of the Institute of Hospitality, i.e. members of the Education Membership Scheme (EMS).
EMS provides students with membership in the Institute thanks to the Hoteliers' Foundation.
