Important Dates and Fees

Please mind the important dates and deadlines in order to successfully register and participate the conference.

Early birds registration: until 1st June 2012

If you register until this date you will get lower price of conference fee:

• Students: 50 €
• Others: 120 €

Standard Registration: until 15th August 2012

This is the deadline for registration. Please register until this date so organisational and scientific boards could have enough time to review all abstracts and create the final conference programme. The conference fee for this period is:

• For Students: 75 €
• For others: 150 €

Second call: 31th August 2012

Up to this date you will receive the second call with more detailed information about final conference programme (with schedule of sessions and all participants), conference trip and other useful information.

Conference dates: 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th September 2012
